Alexander Kosnik has provided executive coaching and change management support to Fortune 50 clients for twenty years in the life sciences, technology, power and utilities sectors, and federal and local government sectors. His work centers on helping senior leaders and their teams reach their next level of performance, as well as supporting their management of challenging organizational transformations.
His clients have included IBM, Microsoft, Dell, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Quest Diagnostics, National Grid, Verizon, the US Food and Drug Administration, the US Department of Homeland Security, and the City of New York. His most cherished work has involved helping senior executive teams launch new organizational units, where he provided support in leadership assessment, coaching, organization design, and change management.
Alexander holds a degree in Psychology from Rutgers University and has completed extensive doctoral studies in Applied Organizational Psychology. He also holds Masters Certificates from Rutgers University School of Management in BioPharma Innovation and Leadership. He has authored book chapters and articles on change management and virtual teaming with IHRIM Press and HR.com, and has presented to the American Academy of Management. Alexander’s client work has taken him to Europe, South America, Asia and across the US. He is bilingual in Spanish.
